All the 4 apartments offer a stylish, elegant and superb décor, with beautiful and unique details, each one with an original colour inspired in the streets of Porto, signed by the Interior Design company- Mundos Perdidos.
Bedding and Towels are of high quality of the well-known portuguese brand- Piubelle.

Property and Cancellation Policies :
Rigid (grace period): Full refund if cancellation is made up to 48 hours after the reservation
Cleaning fees are always refundable if the reservation is canceled prior to check-in.
The accommodation price (ie the total price per night you pay) is refundable if it is- 20 days before or 48 hours after booking
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in.
No refund for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to check-in date.
Example
For full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 20 full days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 pm, if not specified) of the day of the check-in.

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made up to 7 days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 pm, if not specified) on the day of check-in. Otherwise, there is no refund. For example, if you check in on a Friday, cancel by the Friday of the previous week and before the check-in time.
Check in
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave shortly after check-in, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

We ask all our visitors to take reasonable care of the apartment and to report all breakages to us as soon as possible.
Objects and equipment available cannot be taken from the apartment.
Guests must respect the neighbours, so peace and quiet should be maintained.
